Mack focused on making the MD7 a truck that’s drivable all day. The new, longer cab gives you 4″ of space over older models, including an overhead console with additional storage. The previous interior halogen bulbs are gone, replaced with four bright LED dome lights. The new driver’s seat has increased clearance for reclining and has adjustable lumbar support. Both the driver’s and passenger’s seats have adjustable seat belts. The new, comfortable, flat-bottomed steering wheel includes controls for the cruise control, audio, and phone.
The cab and the driver’s seat have independent airbag suspension systems to isolate the driver from bumps and bounces, making long workdays more comfortable. The standard rear leaf spring suspension can also be upgraded to the AirRide system for maximum driver comfort.

The clear back-of-cab above the frame and side frame comes with pre-wired BodyBuilder connectors to Cummins & Allison as a standard feature. This makes hooking up simple and fast.

Standard white, powder-coated disc wheels provide enhanced durability. The aluminum, grated steps are full-width and offset horizontally for maximum visibility and stability. Our heated LED headlights increase forward visibility by up to 29% and side visibility by up to 50%. Anti-lock brakes with automatic traction control make sure you stop on time. The choice of a 50- or 90-gallon gas tank gives you the range you need. The passenger’s side door has a peep window for extra visibility when backing up and turning.
